The Wild & Peaceful Way

In our sanitized and surpressed world, we tend to be afraid to truly face our problems. We avoid our own wildness and messiness. Instead, we just deal with surface issues. Yet, that wildness is where the magic lies. If we can do the work and embrace our storm, it will eventually pass and we’ll come out the other side, into the golden light with more depth and knowledge of our own strength.

Time to Thrive

Meet Andy Cummins,

Wild & Peaceful Wellbeing Founder

Andrew Cummins helps professionals struggling at work, mothers feeling overwhelmed, and people riddled with addiction to overcome destructive habits, heal their relationships, dissolve physical ailments, and reignite their vitality.

As a Touch for Health Kinesiology Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and intuitive healer, Andrew’s passion is to help people who ‘tried everything’ find the root cause of their challenges. His understanding of physiology and energetic bodies gives him a unique approach that involves listening to the wisdom of his client’s body and restoring energetic balance.

Andrew, originally from London, is known for providing a safe masculine presence for women who have been subject to abuse, which helps them relax, release trauma, and heal.  He has committed his life to following a principled path, cultivating a strong and pure energy body, which has garnered him the trust of esteemed leaders, including an Ecuadorian shaman for whom Andrew helped heal a back issue.

Andrew’s own path to purpose was prompted by TFH kinesiology. Previously, Andrew worked as a bicycle messenger in London and NYC, constantly pushing his physical body to its limits. His mind couldn’t relax, and he found himself perpetually in fight or flight. He was fidgety, negative, and shifty. He buried his emotions while distracting himself with work and physical challenges. He eventually suffered adrenal fatigue and realized he needed to make some big changes.

He started doing a lot of personal work and had a huge breakthrough when his TFH mentor helped him uncover a childhood memory of him being dangled over the river by his father. By releasing the beliefs and trauma this incident instilled in him, Andrew’s self-confidence expanded and he found himself on a different life trajectory. Through this, other modalities, and sessions, Andrew took back his life and rewrote his story.

He now resides in Guatemala, living the path of his dharma. He continues to learn healing modalities, participate in men’s groups, and keep himself healthy and clear to be in his integrity as a professional healer.

He strives to help others who are beaten down by life, overwhelmed with responsibility, and disconnected from their joy find their way back to balance and thrive.

Client Testimonials

“As someone who is very self-aware, I have done a lot of inner-work and tried different healing modalities. Kinesiology...felt very different than Reiki or massage therapy.

What I like with that practise is that you can really feel in your body where the energy moves and flows, while the practitioner is doing muscle testing and asking you questions. Andy creates a safe space where you can speak freely about your issues.”
